  1. In my opinion very dissapointing

After booking a table for 6 30 arrived and was seated the guy that served us was really good and made us feel welcome then went to order only 1 salmon left no sea bass for a bay restaurant I feel this is not acceptable was really dissapointed it was a special occasion the town Bills is obviously managed better

  2. Tasty Breakfast

Had breakfast for two very tasty excellent service will definitely be visiting again

  3. Great place but my avocado was rock hard...

I really loved the place and actually had dinner and a breakfast there, however the avocado in my salad was so hard it was inedible.. really disappointed especially since the cook would have obviously noticed while cutting it.

Other than that it really is a great place.

  4. Come on Bill, sort out the breakfast.

Always have had a great meal at Bills.
However went for breakfast and the food had to be returned, avocado, tasted like it had just come out of the freezer.
My husbands scrambled egg was so over cooked.
We were all so looking forward to this morning treat, shall give bills a miss for breakfast in the future.

  5. Family day out

10 of us went for lunch today at Bills in the bay. 6 adults and 4 children. I would like to thank Jess personally for making a day out as a family a really lovely one. The meal was really nice. Great all round. Thanks Jess

  6. They can cope with restricted diets and allergies. Well done

    Multiple allergies… no problem!

Nothing was too much trouble. The waiter listened carefully, brought me a list of the ingredients in the food I was interested In. They produced an entirely unique meal off the menu that I could eat. Superb !!! I will be coming back , well done.

  7. Disappointed

Very disappointed. We visited last night Sunday 22nd September 2019. Firstly we were told that three of the main meals had been sold out as it had been busy the night before
So we placed our order on a limited menu. Our starter the sharing platter was fine, tasty . We then waited for our mains which took ages ( it wasn’t busy)
When eventually it arrived the food was cold. I had fish pie which was fine but the broccoli side dish was stone cold. My partners food ( burger and chips, a) was cold , b) it had no bacon or cheese on it even though it had been ordered. The chips were sparse on the plate and seemed to have been warmed up as they were very, very well cooked but cold! The burger could have been bounced across Cardiff Not good.
We did politely complain and they did not charge us for the burger or broccoli but that was not the point. We went out for a meal for my birthday, it was very disappointing

  8. Disappointed

Waiter was really rude and unprofessional, the service was really bad. We asked for sauce and she bought it when we finished our food. They didn’t bring our drinks until we were half way through the meal and we had to ask them again. Also we ordered milk shake and they gave us milk with no shake. The food wasn’t worth the price.

  9. Wont be going there again

Made to feel as though we were a problem because we wanted to sit outside due to covid by one waitress, however the waitress with long dark hair was lovely. Dirty cutlery, arrogant comments and attitude from waitress, asked them to remove the service charge of £4 which was added without asking. Shame as food was pretty good.
