  1. Could not exit the car park by my ticket after it had been processed in the building at 1.19pm

I have just returned from the Odeon Cinema in the Red Dragon Centre and am very upset. When purchasing my cinema ticket I gave the assistant my car park ticket so I could get out of the car park free, he then took it from me, took it to a till and handed it back tome. I also have a disabled badge which I displayed. On leaving the car park (at approximately 4.10) arriving at the gate , I put my ticket into the machine, but the gate did not open. I was told over the machine by a member of the security staff, that I had to pay £6.50. I was furious and told him I had just come out of the cinema and had handed in my ticket to the staff on my arrival to be processed. He eventually raised the gate and let me out! Why did this happen, who is to blame. One of the cafe’s on site told me that they had not had any internet for 2 weeks! Is this part of the overall problem there? Please advise

  2. GREEDY PARKING COMPANY RUINS RED DRAGON CENTRE

Parked in a works van in the ONLY available space. A month later I receive parking fine of £100 for parking outside of designated bay as the van length exceeded the space. There was no ticket left on the van and there was nowhere else I could go. My company regularly use this facility for works parties, birthdays and advertising. I regularly use this facility to take my family out for meals, bowling and the cinema but we will not be going here again and I will be withdrawing my advertising as soon as possible, also I will be urging anyone I know to do the same. This greedy private parking company NCPS has cost the centre a lot of money….A LOT OF MONEY! I HAVE SINCE FOUND OUT THAT THE SHOWCASE CINEMA COMPLEX IN NANTGARW HAS ALL THE SAME FACILITIES ON OFFER AND IS CHEAPER TOO
