Penarth Motor Boat and Sailing Club was formed in 1932 and in 1999 changed its name to Cardiff Bay Yacht Club. Our memberships are made up of families, couples and individuals all of whom have a common aim and that is to enjoy themselves both on and off the water in a wide selection of boats ranging from cruisers, fishing boats, motor boats and dinghies. The Club also has a very active RYA  training centre which offers sailing lessons for both young and old.

Cardiff Bay Yacht Club is situated on the River Ely Peninsula. These facilities are available to members or affiliates only.
Visitors should call in advance and ask for the club manager to arrange their stay.
