Childish, inappropriate, hopeless and unwelcoming.
Tickets for Magic Flute on Friday 15 Feb 2019.
Arrive at Bar One at six PM and ordered food at six-ten.
Goats Cheese pizza and the special, Lamb sausages and Mash.
We were getting anxious by 6:40 and pizza came out by 6:45, the point at which we decided we would walk away.
It was Pepperoni!
We pointed this out to the man who went away and returned with the Pizza saying it was there last pizza base and would that be OK?
My fiend politely pointed our that he was a vegetarian.
The man proceeded to be very rude and he aggressively pointed out that they were very busy there and the kitchen was small and that it was a mistake and nobodies fault!
He was VERY RUDE!
He then turned to me and asked if I wanted the sausage meal, which I replied, no. Not now!
And then asked if I wanted a refund. Which I replied yes to.
The service was appalling and the man hopelessly rude and inappropriate.
Utter shambles!
Uncomfortable service but good hot chocolate.
Cardiff bay 10k race day and I was grabbing a hot chocolate from the coffeehouse whilst my partner was running.
It was a busy day and there was a queue so can empathise that it’s stressful, however one man working making the coffees was making the working atmosphere for the other two young girls there visibly uncomfortable and at one point was being rude towards a young girl who was potentially struggling to use some of the
equipment.
He also made a rude comment about it ‘not being hard’ when a customer next to me accidentally claimed the wrong drink.
I found this a shame as the actual hot chocolate was lovely and I’ve always found Wales Millennium Centre to be an enjoyable place overall with polite employees.
