Cardiff Bay is continually developing as a valuable educational resource and the Harbour Authority is fully committed to improving the learning opportunities that the Bay has to offer. This includes the provision of student and visitor information packs, leaflets, information displays and exhibitions at the Cardiff Bay Visitor Centre amongst others.

These pages include information about the history of Cardiff and the Bay, trips for school and community groups, and explains the massive regeneration project of Cardiff Bay undertaken by Cardiff Bay Development Corporation in 1987.

The Harbour Authority has also developed a comprehensive Water Safety code, which is aimed at making children more aware of the need for care when playing near the Bay and its rivers.
